Pastor Sunjay Henry was born in 1988 and came to faith at age seven while attending Flushing Christian School. He moved to Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 2000 where he was baptized in 2005. He completed his education at Tyndale University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies with a focus in Youth Ministry and a Minor in Psychology. He then completed his Masters of Divinity in Clinical Counseling in 2018. During his time at school, Sunjay served as an intern at his home church and in 2013, God called him to serve as Director of Youth Ministries at Wesley Chapel in Toronto for two and a half years. After that, he attended a Baptist Church in Toronto and was involved in the youth ministry for four years. He served as Deacon of Youth and Young Adults as he awaited God’s direction. He has been married to his wife, Vicky, since 2022.
As the Youth Pastor at FBCF, Sunjay is excited to work alongside the pastoral staff and the Youth and Student Leaders to reach out to the youth in our church and community.
